Kirsty Limacher is an accredited member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers and joined the organisation as Chief Legal Officer in June 2023.
She is the Director of Sherlock Legal Consulting Ltd, a company she founded as a platform to provide legal advice on a consultancy basis to the LGBTQ+ community. Kirsty is a passionate advocate for LGBTQ+ rights and provides advice on a consultancy basis as a
Private Client Partner via Nexa Law Limited.
Kirsty is highly experienced in dealing with older and vulnerable clients advising on Wills, Advance Decisions, the administration of estates, creation of Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection Deputy applications. She has a particular interest in advising cohabiting couples and those with alternative relationship structures.
As well as being an accredited Lifetime Lawyer, Kirsty assists pro bono in Hertfordshire University’s Wills & Probate clinic.
In her spare time, Kirsty enjoys motorcycling and spending time with her husband, stepchildren, and rescue dog.
