How we retain your personal information

We do not routinely retain any personal information about visitors to the Lifetime Lawyers directory and caller’s information is only logged by our call centre to be reviewed and thereafter destroyed securely. Where we obtain membership or student personal information we do so in accordance with applicable laws. We will take reasonable steps to destroy or anonymise personal information we no longer need for the purposes we have set out above.

Our retention periods are:
